Refund & Returns Policy

At Monthlees, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and consumable goods, all sales are final unless the product is returned in accordance with the policy below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns for refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is returned to us

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The product is in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

If any of these conditions are not met, the return will be refused and no refund will be issued.


No Returns = No Refunds

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances if the product is not returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • “Didn’t like it”

  • “Didn’t work for me”

  • “Changed my mind”

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Subscription renewals

  • Auto-ship orders

  • Delayed delivery (once shipped)

  • Claims of adverse reactions or sensitivities

If the product is not returned, no refund will be granted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken safety seals

  • Products returned outside the return window

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Digital products, downloads, or services

  • Shipping and handling fees


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Confirmation that the product is unopened

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 7–10 business days

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time

Refunds will not be issued before the returned product is received and approved.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will evaluate the issue and determine, at our sole discretion, whether a replacement or return authorization is appropriate.


Subscription & Membership Terms

  • Membership fees are non-refundable

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed

  • Canceling a subscription prevents future charges only

  • Past orders remain subject to this return policy

Membership Refunds & Goodwill Exceptions

Membership fees are non-refundable once processed. Canceling a membership prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, credit, or reimbursement for any prior membership period.

From time to time, Monthlees may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial, prorated, or goodwill refund for an unused portion of a membership. Any such refund is voluntary, does not waive Monthlees’ rights under this policy, and does not create any obligation to provide similar refunds in the future.

If Monthlees approves a discretionary prorated refund, the refund may be calculated based on the amount actually paid by the customer after discounts, promotions, credits, or coupons, less any portion of the membership period already used and less the value of membership benefits already redeemed, including but not limited to shipping credits, free shipping, member-only discounts, promotional gifts, account credits, VIP benefits, or other membership perks.

Shipping fees, redeemed shipping credits, free gifts, promotional items, and consumed membership benefits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first following this return process may result in:

  • Denial of the dispute

  • Suspension or termination of your Monthlees account

  • Permanent loss of membership benefits


Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet this policy

  • Limit or deny returns for suspected abuse

  • Modify this policy at any time without notice
