Returns: You may return or exchange products within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase and returned to us to qualify for a full refund of your product purchase.

You do not need a membership to buy most products - non-members can purchase most products at retail price the same way you would with any other brand. However, membership is the only way to unlock member-pricing across the entire product catalog. Members also get access to special VIP members-only products not available to the general public.
