People ask me this question surprisingly often.
“Chris, what supplements do you actually take every day?”
It’s a fair question.
If I spend this much time talking about health, energy, and performance… it only makes sense that people would want to know what I personally use.
The truth is:
My stack changes depending on my goals.
Sometimes I'm focusing on athletic performance.
Other times it's sleep, recovery, or metabolic health.
But right now, I'm especially interested in optimizing three things:
• Focus
• Sleep quality
• Cellular energy
So this is the stack I'm currently using.
My Current Daily Supplement Stack
I try to keep things simple and purposeful.
I'm not a fan of taking more than I need to in a day.
Instead, I focus on a small number of supplements that support some of the most important biological systems in the body.
Here are the five I’m currently using.
1. Colostrum
Colostrum is one of the most interesting natural substances for supporting overall health.
It’s the first form of milk produced by mammals after birth, and it's rich in immunoglobulins (IgG), growth factors, and immune-supporting peptides.
These compounds help support:
• gut barrier integrity
• immune signaling
• tissue repair
• recovery from physical stress
Gut health and immune function influence nearly every system in the body, which is why colostrum has become a foundational part of my stack.

2. Magnesium Glycinate
Magnesium is one of the most commonly deficient nutrients in modern diets.
And it plays a role in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body.
Magnesium glycinate is one of my preferred forms because it’s well absorbed and gentle on the digestive system.
I primarily use it to support:
• sleep quality
• nervous system balance
• muscle relaxation
• stress resilience
Good sleep is the foundation of everything else in health.
If sleep quality improves, energy and focus often improve automatically.

3. Creatine (ATP+)
Most people think of creatine only as a gym supplement.
But its benefits go far beyond muscle performance.
Creatine plays a critical role in the body's ATP energy system, which fuels cellular energy production.
Supporting ATP production can influence:
• physical performance
• mental energy
• recovery
• muscle function
The ATP+ formula we developed also focuses on supporting the mechanisms that help creatine enter the muscle cell effectively.
4. NAD+ Support
NAD+ is one of the most important molecules in human metabolism.
It plays a key role in:
• mitochondrial energy production
• cellular repair processes
• metabolic health
• longevity pathways
However, NAD+ levels naturally decline as we age.
Supporting NAD+ production can help maintain healthy cellular energy metabolism.
That’s why NAD+ support has become a core part of my daily stack.

5. Methylene Blue
Methylene blue is a fascinating compound that has been studied for over a century.
At low doses, it may support:
• mitochondrial efficiency
• cellular energy production
• cognitive performance
Because of its unique effects on cellular respiration, many people use it occasionally when they want to support mental clarity and focus.
I personally use it intermittently rather than daily, depending on my schedule and workload.

Why We Built Monthlees
Most of the supplements I take now come from formulas we created at Monthlees.
Not because I’m trying to sell them.
But because they are the formulas I wanted to exist and couldn’t find anywhere else, especially at affordable prices.
The supplement industry often has two big problems:
• underdosed formulas
• extremely high retail markups
That’s one reason we built Monthlees differently.
Instead of selling supplements the traditional way, we designed Monthlees as a membership model.
Members get:
• significantly lower pricing
• free US shipping credits monthly (Monthlees PLUS+)
• access to all formulas at member-pricing
• new product releases first
The goal was simple:
Make high-quality supplements more accessible.
Final Thoughts
Your supplement stack should always support your current goals.
Right now mine is focused on:
• energy
• sleep quality
• cognitive performance
• metabolic health
Over time, those goals may shift — and my stack will shift with them.
But for now, this is what I'm using every day.
