Shrimp
Sear shrimp in half the oil, 2 minutes. Remove.

Eggs
Scramble eggs loosely in the remaining oil.

Rice
Add rice, break up, fry 4 minutes without stirring too much.

Return shrimp, add coconut aminos and spring onion. Toss 1 minute.
