Frequently asked questions
Do I really need supplements every day if I eat well?
Food comes first. But a few nutrients — vitamin D especially — are genuinely hard to get from diet and daylight alone, so a small daily base helps cover the predictable gaps. It's a supplement to a good diet, not a replacement for one.
Is a foundation stack better than a single multivitamin?
It depends on what's in it. A focused stack of the nutrients you're likely short on, in amounts you can read on the label, tends to be more useful than a 40-ingredient pill where everything is present in a token dose. Monthlees doesn't currently sell a standalone multivitamin; the Essentials SmartStack and Foundation Bundle fill that role.
When should I take my daily foundation?
