About this product

OxyFlow™ is a nitric oxide support formula designed to promote healthy circulation, oxygen delivery, and workout performance.

Suggested use

Take 2 capsules daily with water.

Many athletes take Oxyflow™ 30–60 minutes before exercise to support nitric oxide production during training. For general circulation support, consistent daily use with a meal works well.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

Consult a healthcare provider before use if pregnant, nursing, taking blood pressure or cardiovascular medications, or under medical supervision.

How it works

  1. Precursor

    Step 1: Precursor

L-arginine hydrochloride (350 mg) and L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (50 mg) provide direct substrates in the nitric oxide synthesis pathway — as listed on the supplement facts panel.*

  2. Sustain

    Step 2: Sustain

L-citrulline DL-malate (400 mg) supports sustained nitric oxide production — converted to arginine in the body to extend the NO pathway beyond arginine alone.*

  3. Flow

    Step 3: Flow

Nitric oxide signals blood vessels to dilate — supporting healthy circulation, nutrient delivery to working muscles, and exercise performance during physical activity.*

Review L-Citrulline

Citrulline and nitric oxide metabolism

Exercise physiology reviews describe L-citrulline as an arginine precursor that supports more sustained nitric oxide production than L-arginine supplementation alone.
RCT L-Citrulline

Citrulline malate and exercise performance

Controlled trials report that citrulline malate supplementation may reduce fatigue and support performance during high-repetition resistance exercise.
Review L-Arginine

Arginine and nitric oxide synthesis

Biochemistry reviews describe L-arginine as the direct substrate for endothelial nitric oxide synthase — the enzymatic pathway underlying vascular dilation and blood flow support.
Review Nitric oxide

Nitric oxide and exercise hemodynamics

Sports medicine reviews discuss nitric oxide's role in vasodilation, muscle perfusion, and oxygen delivery during physical activity — the mechanistic basis for NO precursor supplementation.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Monthlees member pricing, subscriptions, and how checkout works.

Why combine citrulline and arginine?
L-arginine is a direct nitric oxide precursor, while L-citrulline DL-malate (400 mg) is converted to arginine in the body to support more sustained nitric oxide production. Oxyflow™ delivers both plus 50 mg L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate — all three doses listed on the supplement facts panel.
When should I take Oxyflow™?
Take 2 capsules with water. Many athletes take Oxyflow™ 30–60 minutes before training for nitric oxide support during exercise. One bottle provides 30 servings at the suggested use on the label.
How is Oxyflow™ different from Beetroot Capsules?
They support nitric oxide through different pathways. Oxyflow™ delivers L-citrulline and L-arginine amino acids directly involved in NO synthesis. Beetroot Capsules provide dietary nitrates from organic beetroot powder that the body converts to nitric oxide. Many athletes choose based on preference — compare supplement facts panels on each product page.

Why I created monthlees...

When I was 19 years old, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. That experience forced me to start asking deeper questions about how the human body actually works.

Over the next 18 months, I immersed myself in studying health, nutrition, and neuroscience — eventually earning my degree in Neuroscience from Duke University. Along the way, I discovered something powerful: the body is incredibly resilient & inherently self-healing when it’s given the right support.

Strategic nutrition and supplementation became a major part of my own health journey. And over the last two decades, I’ve devoted my life to helping millions of people around the world take a more proactive role in their health.

That experience completely changed how I thought about health — and ultimately shaped the way Monthlees was built.

I created Monthlees because I was tired of seeing people pay premium prices for supplements that were under-dosed, over-marketed, and difficult to trust.

My goal is simple: build the kind of brand I would want for myself and my family — with better ingredients, transparent formulas, meaningful dosages, and a business model built on long-term trust.
